Automation built, and automation kept running.
We design, build and commission new systems for Australian manufacturers, and we support, fix and recommission the automation already on your floor.
Engineered in Dandenong South. We work across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Turnkey and custom automation
A new system, designed and built
Robot cells, machinery and controls engineered around your process, then built, commissioned, handed over and supported by the local people who designed them.

Equipment you already have
Fault finding, mechanical changeover issues, recommissioning and guarding across machinery, robotics and automation. For automation already installed and for new installations.
All support workMost manufacturers come to us at a turning point: a new contract, a new SKU, a shift they cannot staff, or a problem that will not go away. The rest come because something has stopped.
What we can help with
Our product
RevPal Compact
A robotic palletising cell in a 2.5 m × 2.9 m footprint, with a FANUC robot and 100 kg usable payload. Each cell is built and tested at our Dandenong South facility before it ships.

Support for what you already have
Most of our service work is on equipment someone else built.
- No one supports our cell. The original supplier will not come back.
- PLC and controls fault finding. Intermittent stops and faults that return.
- New product changeover. Modifying a cell for a new product.
- Recommissioning. Equipment out of storage, idle or newly bought.
- Machine guarding. Modified or new guarding, supplied and installed.
What we build
Custom systems engineered around your process, your product and your constraints.
From cleanrooms to food lines to fabrication shops, we design for the environment, not just the machine.

Where to start
Planning a build
A free 30-minute scoping call tells you whether automating is worth pursuing. If it is, a paid feasibility study validates the case before you commit.
Something already installed
Tell us what you have, what is wrong and what has been tried. We will come back with a practical approach and a price.
